Hema's professional career extends from the Motor and Manufacturing Industry to the Property Industry. As Portfolio Manager, Hema ensures that all the business processes in the division are followed and timeously implemented.
Her key responsibilities include:
- Collection and approval of new lease agreements as well as supporting documentation.
- Filing of documentation for properties under full management.
- Capturing and updating of property, owner and tenant details.
- Coordinating the listing of properties for re-letting
Hema is immensely enjoying working at Portfolio Property Investments and is looking to further her studies in the Property sector.
