Margaret has been working in the property industry for over 25 years, firstly in the Valuation and Research Departments and then the Property Brokering Department undertaking various administrative duties for the property brokers such as: the listing and marketing of properties, drafting of lease and sale agreements, drawing up commission invoices, collecting and checking FICA documents. Her training has included: FICA for Accountable Institutions and the Protection of Personal Information Act – POPI.
