What to consider when wanting to take action against owners who are not paying their levies/contributions.
The yield of a country's 10-year government bond provides important insight into its economic prospects. Above-average yields on the debt of reliable borrowers typically represent an expectation of above-average inflation and strong GDP growth. Very low yields imply the opposite.
"Spoliation is the wrongful deprivation of another's right of possession. The aim of spoliation is to prevent self-help. It seeks to prevent people from taking the law into their own hands ... The cause for possession is irrelevant - that is why a thief is protected ...
