Site Requirements
The premises should ideally range between 300 to 500 square meters, accompanied by an approximate 80 square meters deck. It is vital that the site is prominently located, preferably on a corner to maximize visibility. Easy pedestrian access with a steady flow of foot traffic is essential, while a separate delivery entrance would be advantageous. Additionally, having ample and secure parking facilities would greatly benefit the site.
