In terms of current Commercial Office space availability, the Umlanga Ridge / Durban node remains buoyant with an overall reduction in supply. Landlords are achieving their asking rentals as less stock has become available in recent years and few new developments have gone to ground. This bodes well for future rental rates and improving property yields in this sector.
